Next week we will be celebrating our 100th day of school. This is a big deal in Grade 1 and 2 as it aligns so nicely with our math curriculum - counting to 100, understanding place value, etc.
As part of our celebration we will be doing special 100th day activities and we're asking that each student bring in 100 objects - they can be a collection of 100 things (all pebbles) or an assortment (10 marbles, 10 pebbles, 10 hair elastics, 10 toy cars, etc.). All 100 items must fit into a ziploc bag so please ensure the items are not too large.
Please have all 100 items here on Wednesday, February 21 for our 100th DAY OF SCHOOL!
